Previously saved albums/songs are no longer available?

My Question or Issue

For approximately a couple years, I've had saved in "Your Library" a 2014 album titled "Life in the Bubble" by Gordin Goodwin.  I've played it many times.  Recently, all its songs became "greyed" out and are not available.  You can see the album and the songs, you just can't play them.  Same thing if you go online (desktop or iPhone) and search for that particular album or its songs ...you can see it but all the songs are "greyed" out and neither the lbum or any of its songs are playable.

What's going on here and any idea if/when it'll become available again?

--Other Gordin Goodwin albums/songs remain available.

Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available, possibly due to a license arrangement or artist request.
I'd recommend reading this article for more info.
