Problem playing Spotify on Devialet Spark app on Mac

Just updated my Spark app for the Devialet Phantom sound system.

Spotify now appears as a possible source of music.

The suggested method to stream Spotify does not work.

Has anyone managed to use the suggested Connect method ?

I ahve the same problem, Devialet softaware has a lot of bug, I really regret to have bought it !!!!!!

Dear Laurent,

All my problems with playing Spotify on my phantoms were solved when I subscribed to Spotify Premium, which is a prerequisite to be able to play Spotify over Spark (the quality of the music you pay for is a lot better than the free version).

Once you are subscirbed as a Spotify Premium member, you can follow the indications given by Spotify to play it on the Spark application.

I haven't had any problems since, and I must say I'm quite happy with both Spotify and my phantoms.

I hope you will be able to solve this problem and enjoy your Devialet again.

If you have further problems, please do not hesitate to call Devialet's helpdesk, whose employees are very friendly and helpful.
