Problem spotify windows phone

Bonjour ,
Je rencontre un problème avec l'appli spotify sur mon windows phone. J'ai longtemps utilisé la version sur windows 8.1 mais elle s'est récemment mise a ne plus marcher (logo qui s'affiche et qui charge pendant des heures au démarrage.) j'ai donc passé mon téléphone sous windows 10 et j'ai réinstaller spotify mais le pb n'est tjrs pas réglé 😕

I have a problem with the spotify application on my windows phone. I used the app with 8.1 then it did not work anymore (when I started it the logo was still showing and it loaded for hours) so I switched to windows 10 and I reinstalled spotify but the problem is not resolved...
