Problem with premium

Hey anyone, i have problem with the premium giftcard...i live in Germany, but once I went to Netherlands and bought a giftcard there, I didn't use it yet bcs i still have the premium at that time, but now it expires and when i tried to enter the code of the giftcard, it doesn't work. Do i have to go to the Netherlands first to have it activated or something? Because i read the refund rules and I'm already passed the 14 days limit

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

If your account is set on Germany, you can't use a Gift Card from the Netherlands, Spotify Gift cards can only be used in the same country where you bought them.
