My Question or Issue

Good morning,

I'm a Premium user and I have some Spotify bluetooth connection problems. When I connect my iPhone 7 bluetooth with the SYNC of my Ford Fiesta 2015 and I open Spotify App, the option "Bluetooth audio" (of the car) doesn't works anymore. My phone is connected to Car SYNC, I see it from the display, but the "Audio" option is disabled. It's very strange, I've listened music with Ford SYNC for years without problems. I reset SYNC yesterday, but the situation isn't change. 

Do you have any suggestions?
