Problems with the web player

My Question or Issue

The web player give me the message in the image when I try to use it (An error has occurred. Somehing hasn't gone as it should. Try reloading the page.)
I've reloaded the page so many times since two days ago, but it doesn't resolve the problem. What can I do?

Could you try to clear all cookies and browsing data to see if this solves the issue? If it doesn't try a different web-browser to see if that works. That way we can find out if this is account or device related.

Hey @JDanielhc! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

That's odd.

Could you try to clear your browser cache/cookies to see if that makes any difference at all? And be sure to check if that happens in the 'Incognito Mode' of your browser as well.
