Radio isn't working for specific artist

Within the past two weeks I've had the radio for a specific artist cease working. The artist in question is Golfish, and I have attempted to play a radio station based on them in the desktop client in Windows 10, the android client in Nougat on a Nexus 6. The client will only give the following error message:

I did find a previous post (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Radio-isn-t-working-for-specific-artist/idi-p/132841...) that was closed with the reason that the that post's artist in question did not have any related artists. There are currently 20 listed artists on the related artists section for Goldfish, so I do not believe that is the cause of the issue. I have currently had no issues playing other radio stations. Radio stations based on individual songs or albums from Goldfish do not seem to suffer from any issues.

I'm seeing the same issue with the bands Sleep and The Carrier - each of whom has a number a of related artists.
