HELP!!!

I'm posting here because I cannot figure out how to post a new message in the Spotify community.

Can you please help me understand why not?

Information:

- I'm logged in to community.spotify.com using Beta Microsoft Edge 78.0.276.20

- I have a Premium Family account

Here's what I do to try to post a new message:

1. I read this article

2. Read this section: "If no one has reported an issue like the one you're experiencing, navigate to the relevant forum for your device in our Help boards section and post a new thread there."

3. Click the Help boards section link: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help/ct-p/Help

4. Navigate to Ongoing Issues: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/idb-p/ongoing_issues

5. Look around for a way to post a new message - I simply don't see one

5. Go to another section - same thing - I can't see a way to post a new message

I have figured out how to submit an "Idea" (why isn't it called an issue).

My "Idea" would have been:
Idea: Spotify shouldn't randomly stop playing on my iPhone

I finally fixed it by reinstalling which I probably just should have done from the jump.

What somebody wants to post is an Issue not an Idea. Don't sugercoat it.

And there should be a big giant affordance on each topic: Don't see the issue you're having? Start a new one.

I assume Spotify tried that and got too many dupes. Fair. But it was pretty frustrating for me to find how to post.
