 I don't want to see new releases for my country. How do I change this without having to change my country?

Some of the charts and new releases you see are tied to your country and currently, Spotify does not have an option to change that. But you can see new releases tailored specifically for you under Browse->Discover->"New releases for you" section or in your Release Radar playlist.
