Request temporary account to solve Bluesound issue

My Question or Issue

The issue that I am having since I bought my Bluesound Pulse Flex and Node2, is that playback through Spotify Connect (to either of the players) is far from fluent. The connection is dropped before 1 or 2 tracks have been played, and reconnecting often doesn't work. Sometimes playback suddenly resumes after a long times (like 10 minutes) of silence.

 

I am in contact with the Bluesound Support Crew and have already tried several fixes they suggest, including fully re-installing Spotify on my phone.

To try the next solution, I am asking Spotify Support to provide me with a temporary account. This is because my issue has been reported before, and some customers stated that after doing the above, the main Spotify account started working again for them.

 

Therefory I kindly ask if Spotify Support can provide me with a temporary account in order to try and fix my issue. I'm looking forward to your response, thanks!!
