Retrieving my password for tivo

Hi All,

Sorry if im in the wrong section,

Im having a few problems getting my password for my tivo box as im currently using facebook to log in.

when i apply to get my log in credentials it gives me my log in but when i click the send my password by email button it says problem sending email.

Is there anything I can do to avoid this problem or should i just wait on someone from support to email back.

There are a few server issues ongoing today with regards to device passwords, I would suggest that you read this post for more information.

Ive sent another email to support with my credentials they need to reset my password.

I am ahving a similar problem, it says that the email is sent but is sent to some mega long and strange facebook app email which is inaccessible! ARGH SO ANNOYING
