Samsung Galaxy Watch & Spotify in the UAE

Hi,

I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active with the purpose of running phone free. I live in the UAE and there is no option to download Spotify in the wearable app store. I was under the impression that Samsung and Spotify had a deal and therefore this app would be available. Please could you give me a  update as to when it will  be available or a work around for this.

The app is a total mess anyways.

If you want to run phone free while using Samsung health or any other fitness app, you will have to use the build in music player and download your music beforehand. This hasn't been adressed in over a year and will not be any time soon. (I don't think there is single developer working on this app)

So better return your watch if this was one of the reasons you bought it.

Thanks for the heads up. I will just download some music onto the watch in
this case. Such a shame that Spotify aren't getting their act together
with this. It is one of the main advertising features of the watch, so you
would expect to be able to use it.
