Samsung HT-E5200 3D Smart 500W 2.1 Channel Home Cinema

Hello,

I have recently purchased Samsung HT-E5200 3D Smart 500W 2.1 Channel Home Cinema. One of the reasons for this particular model was that I had read Spotify is available on newer Samsung devices.

Having logged into the Smart hub and searched for Spotify, the app is not coming up.

Can you comfirm:

1) Am I following the correct procedure to download the Spotify app?

2) If I am, when will Spotify be available on the Samsung HT-E5200?

Answers to the above questions would be greatly appreciated. I'm an avid Spotify user, currently on PC and iPhone, iPad via Airplay. If I could get it setup correctly through the home cinema system that would be fantastic.

Hi

I have the same problem. On my samsung tv I have the Spotify app running. Only on the HT-E5200 the spotify app is not there on the smart hub. Samsung is having a big update on the 4th of April with there smart hub maybe that will fix this problem.

I am looking for a Home Cinema set, and really want it to support Spotify.
