Screenpad For Spotify not working

Screenpad For Spotify not working

Hello Community, this is my first question.

I just installed Screenpad For Spotify on my new Zenbook Pro, but the app does not work at all. I tried it with both the Windows 10 Store version, and the Desktop version, including reinstalling the Screenpad For Spotify app each time.

I'm clueless and don't know what I can do.

Can anybody help me? I would be very thankful.

Hey @RedEmerald98.

Thanks for getting in touch!

We're afraid this isn't something we're able to help with from our end. We recommend reaching to ASUS. Hopefully they'll be able to lend a hand more.

Sorry we can't help you further! If you have further questions, please let us know!

Have a nice day.

Did You get the answer from ASUS, i have the same problem

I don't remember, but I came up with a solution that worked.

After installing the ScreenPad for Spotify, I tried to uninstall the ScreenPad Toolbar and installing it again.

For some reason, that worked for me and now I'm controlling Spotify with the ScreenPad.

Not sure why it worked, but it's worth a shot for you to try this as well.
