My Question or Issue

Hace varias semanas cuando voy a otra app se frena la música, antes era cada 10 min. Pero ahora es cada vez que entro a otra app. 

Ya eliminé caché, borre los datos, reinstale Spotify, le puse el candado. Intenté todo y sigue pasando.

Es insoportable ya, ayuda!

Let's try this out:

1. Run a clean reinstall.

2. Open your phone's Settings.

3. Search for "Optimise battery usage".

4. Click on "Apps not optimised" and select "All".

5. Search for Spotify and disable battery optimization.

Then go to Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.

If this doesn't do it, give us your Spotify version.
