Search results are incorrect

My Question or Issue

I'm looking for the artist "N1L", instead I get some random artists I clearly didn't ask for. Is there a way to turn of spellcheck in the search result instead of trying to guess what I'm actually searching for? Just suggest another spelling if you think I made a mistake, don't "correct" it for me
