Shuffle play is not random

My Question or Issue

My playlist has thousand of songs and hundreds of different artists. Whenever I use the randomize button on the webplayer, it will only skip between songs of the first two artists on the list.

That's odd.

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies to see if that makes a difference?

The best way I have found to create a pseudo-random playlist is to order the tracks alphabetically in a playlist and play them straight through without shuffling. The chances are that a song's artist, style, or feel is independent of the first letter, number or character of the name.
