My Question or Issue
The web player consistently fails for me - I have never been able to use it for more than a few minutes / 1 or 2 songs. It sometimes skips down the playlist/album mid song, sometimes skips multiple songs and eventually stops playing completely.
Ad blocking is disabled & I cannot install the windows app. There is nobody trying to access my account - it has failed every time I use it since joining.
Please can you review my playback history from the web player to confirm the misbehaviour and investigate the problem. I have migrated from Google Play Music to join a family plan but am very unsatisfied so far.
