I was on Spotify today and noticed some of the songs I have saved are grayed out and I cannot play them. I know I listened to several of them recently, and they do not show up at all on my phone or on searches. An example is Billy Currington's People Are Crazy. I have reinstalled Spotify, which did nothing to help. Is this an issue with licensing? If it is not a licensing issue, is there any fix?
Hey @BigCowboysFanJR
You can try looking them up on the web player as well (open.spotify.com). This is the easiest way to determine if the song is really unavailable or there are other issues. 🙂
I do suspect that it's some licensing issue. Spotify doesn't bring unavailable content up in search results either...
Hopefully the songs become available soon!
I noticed this as well. I love “People Are Crazy” and hate that it’s not available. Sorry, I’m not any help, I’m just a sympathizer...
