Song playing too fast - Shot in the Dark - Playing with Lightning

My Question or Issue

The whole album "Shot in the dark" by "Shot in the dark" is playing slightly too fast. 

I own the LP and also the CD release and can confirm, that the Spotify version is playing 4% too fast.

CD version - 04:15 (255s)
Spotify version - 04:05 (245s)

104% percent speed at Spotify

The difference is audible, it's playing too high.

Interesting side note:
104% playback speed is the exact difference between NTSC and PAL playback speed.
25fps / 23.976fps is the same 104% playback speed.

Is there any way to fix this issue? I can provide a reference version from my CD release if needed/helpful.
