Songs no longer available but still there?

For the past few months I've been listening to songs on the "All Hail Bright Futures (Bonus Track Version)" album by "And So I Watch You From Afar". A couple weeks ago, I went to play one of the songs and it said "This song is not available." Going to the artist's page, you can see the songs are still there and three of the songs on that album still work (tracks 1, 2 and 6). The rest of the songs won't play. Why is this?

Usually, that happens when the artist makes available the singles, but not the whole album. That's why you can play some, but not all.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists and their music label.

If the music is unavailable, the artist or their music label has likely decided to remove it from Spotify.

Sometimes the music is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.

Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later.

The album you listened to is not available in: RO SI

All other countries have it available: AR AU AT BE BO BR BG CA CL CO CR CY CZ DK DO DE EC EE SV FI FR GR GT HN HK HU IS IE IT LV LT LU MY MT MX NL NZ NI NO PA PY PE PH PL PT SG SK ES SE CH TW TR UY US GB AD LI MC ID

I live in the US and 3 of the songs on the album ARE still available. 11 are not. It seems unlikely that they removed 11 of the songs but left the other 3.

I am observing the same thing that songs are still in my playlist but "greyed out" and cannot be accessed any more. I obviously listened to them before.

I am not happy with this standard answer above.

Sure this is not a system fault?

does the limitation of 3000 downloaded songs kick in here at random?
