Songs showing on desktop spotify but not phone?

Hello! This is my first post,

My problem is that my songs that are starred and in my playlist are shown on my desktop Spotify but when I log on to mobile Spotify it's not there?

I have tried the following:

- Re-starring all the tracks

- Re-logging

Please let us know the make/model of your mobile, along with version of iOS or Android you're running. If you could, try turning your mobile off completely and taking the battery out if possible for one minute to see if this helps.
