Sonos: FIrst Spotify Experience Terrible

Hello

 

I'm pretty appalled. I've just come over to Spotify after using Napster/Rhapsody for a year or so on my Sonos. Due to a facebook login, I recognise that I have to get a device password of some kind.

 

The link I'm given for this on the community boards sticky is https://www.spotify.com/uk/help/faq/devices/connect-devices/

 

When I click on the link for *device password* I'm taken to my account page. No device password listed. No option to get one. 

 

I'm in a circle. Stuck. Terrible first experience.

 

Help?

Hey!

As you created an older account rather than through Facebook, you can log in with your "jonthegeologist" and the password you use already. No device password needed
