Sonos and new broadband equals problems

I recently changed broadband providers (UK) from BT to EE. On to a unlimited service, I mainly use my sonos play 3 with spotify via the sonos app. However since the switch I am unable to use spotify within the sonos app. Spotify works on my iphone on via the spotify app and works with songs on my phone plus the tune in radio works via sonos app. It's ruining my day 😞 any ideas or suggestions?

Hi wondering if you've had any joy in fixing this problem as for the last few weeks we have had the exact same problem

Yeah I did actually! You need to reset your sonos components. Then re:pair them together e.g bridge with play 3. I did that then it worked fine! I might have turn router off and started it all from scratch but it did work itself out even if I can't remember exactly how!
