Sonos didnt login

Hi

 

I Reset my Password to be sure that i have the correct Password.

So i tried my Devicepasswort which is some digit 

 

Your device username is: *********

  1.  

So i set it new.

Everytime i Log-in i get the Error that the account isnt found or valid.

i pay the premium account. 

i cant use it. that is useless no support at all.
