Same issue as here: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Other-Partners-Web-Player-etc/Sonos-not-appearing-on-Spotify-connec...

Tried all possible fixes from that thread, and nothing works.

The device is available through the "Sonos" app and on Spotify mobile, but not on the Spotify desktop.

Any idea why? Is there any debug mode I can turn on for you guys to have a deeper look?

Hey @kristianjk.

 

We only have limited resources when it comes to troubleshooting third party devices. There is something else we can try however. Could you boot your computer in safe mode to see if the Sonos does appear?
