Sonos password problem

Sonos password problem

I'm having the same problem as many others. I need the device user name and password  to use Spotify from Sonos.  I was sent the device user name and a password link in an email - but the email link directed me to log in page. Help! How do I reset the password so I can log in from Sonos?

One of our advisors might be able to help with that. Scroll up to the top, click on "About Us". Then, click on "Contact Form", then you can send a message through to us directly.

I'm having exactly the same problem but I do not receive a reply despite the indication that Spotify is sending me an E-mail with the information. Meanwhile my 30-day Premium option is running out, which means I will not subscribe. This problem seenms to be existing by many of my friends as well, so why is this made so difficult to obtain the device user name and the password !?

I've received a response and the problem is solved !  Thanks.
