Hey @Just4Joker,

Welcome to the community!

First up, let's try logging into the web player by going to directly to https://open.spotify.com

If you're still having trouble, could you send over a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day 🙂

Hey @Just4Joker,

Thanks for sending over those screenshots!

Can you try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and accessing the web player using an incognito window?

If that doesn't resolve the issue, can you try accessing the web player from another internet connection?

Keep me posted 🙂

Hey @Just4Joker,

Can you try clearing your browser's cookies and cache, and then accessing the Spotify web player using a different Spotify account?

I got the same problem as well. I tried to delete my cookies, and it didn't work.

Same problem even with a different account and different browser.

Hey @_Bellagio_ and @crazie_Gracie32,

It sounds like this might be a network-related issue. Could you try restarting your routers?

If you're still having trouble, could you check if you experience any issues accessing Spotify using the desktop app?

Keep me posted 🙂

Hey @Just4Joker,

Just to clarify, you were not able to access the Spotify web player using another account, right?

Could you try restarting your router?

Hey @_Bellagio_,

Can you try the following troubleshooting steps, so that I can determine what to suggest next?

  • Try logging into the web player by going to directly to https://open.spotify.com
  • Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache.
  • Try using an incognito window to access the web player.
  • Try accessing the web player from another device.
  • Try accessing the web player from another internet connection.
  • Check if you're able to access the web player using a different Spotify account.
  • Try restarting your router (if you haven't already).

If you're still having trouble, could you send over a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?

@Noah-S i tried too, no succes, whats next?

Hey @Just4Joker,

This step is slightly more advanced, but if you can, check the hosts on your computer for any weird entries (using this as guide).

hey Just4Joker, I had this problem too, but after a few hours of attacking the problem from different angles, I decided to swallow my pride as a problem solver and just jump ship on the web browser--after downloading the desktop app, I was listening to music in minutes. I downloaded it here

I hope this works for you! It looks like a lot of people have had this problem, but I think when it comes down to it, the web browser is just unreliable. The Sorry, Couldn't Find That error is hardly a kiss of death, but it's a good motivator to make the switch to their more polished services.
