Specific song won't work

I can't play the song tones and I, no mater how I look for it, I tried everything you guys show on the help page

Different wifi 

Plan

Premium

Country

Mexico 

Device

(Samsung Galaxy A51, Samsung Galaxy S8  and 3 windows pcs)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

I can't play any song from "tones and I" , no mater how I look for it, I tried everything you guys show on the help page

Different wifi 

Multiple device

Un installing the app

Clear cache

Using data

Using web browser

Downloading the song

Add it to Playlist 

I send an email with the link of the song in the web player 

And nothing it wont play

Can you please provide me with the URI of this exact song that you can't play? 

Also, if you try to play other songs from Tones and I, does the same thing happens?
