Spotify 3.0 for Windows Phone Deleting Synced Playlists

Hello,

Can anyone help me on this?  If I sync a playlist to my phone, but later choose to remove the playist as a synced file, the files are still stored on my phone.  The data usage does not change.  I can not find a way to manually delete the cache or force Spotify to remove the files that have been "unsynced".  Does anyone know how to do this short of uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

It's the same issue on iOS sadly. Spotify say it intelligently manages the cache but it doesn't appear to!
