My Question or Issue
My Alexa speakers are no longer showing up in the list of Devices in the Spotify app on my phone. The speakers themselves are registered on a different account from the one that my phone is on, although both accounts are on the same family plan. Up until very recently, I have been able to use Spotify connect even across different accounts, but now it will only let me if I am logged into the same one. Any suggestions?

We recommend creating an Amazon account for every user and connecting one Spotify account to one Amazon account. That way you can ask Alexa to 'switch accounts' and you'll be able to use your own personal account.
