Spotify Connect problems on Marantz A/V-receiver (SR5011)

Hello everyone,

 

I've got the Marantz SR5011 for about a week now and would love to use Spotify Connect on the receiver. It actually works but after a few minutes of playing, the music suddenly stops playing and you have to wait about 30 seconds to continue. Really annoying... Network is perfectly fine troughout the whole house and the receiver is wired connected to my Airport Extreme.. All other devices (iPhone, iPad, iMac and Smart TV's) work fine with Spotify...

When the music stops playing, my iPhone displays that the receiver is still connected but it doesn't react to anything that you touch (vol up/down, changing songs etc.).

Firmware on the receiver, routers, iphone are up-to-date..

Receiver has been reset to the factory defaults once.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this problem..

Hi, I got the same problem too. Have you found out what casue it and how to fix it yet?

Hi! The last update for the receiver fixed the issue..
