Spotify Connect stopped working on Denon AVR-x1100

My Question or Issue

 Last week Spotify Connect stopped working with these devices.  Connect cannot find the Denon unit in "Devices Available".  Denon is running the current firmware and all of the devices are running the current s/w as well.  Conacted Denon and they said it is a Spotify issue.  Any fixes or updates would be appreciated.

Hey @WazooRacing,

 

Try restarting all your devices (and speakers). Also, make sure that:

 

 

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
    All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software.
  • If possible, try switching between different networks and see if that helps.
