Spotify Draw Cash From my Bank Account But No Preminium?

Hello dear community.

As you all know there was a discount for summer which offers a special price for 3 months(after that regular price) which was 1Turkish Lira in my case. However when I tried to buy that offer I gave my card info and paid but when the process completed it went back to page where I enrtered my card info. I thought there was something wrong so I filled the blanks again and pressed "Pay" again. I thought like "It wouldn't draw twice cuz offer dont let him I guess". But as you can guess it did and when I looked up to my receipt I saw 2 Liras was drawn by spotify but my account still have no preminium whether on PC app or web browser and since there is no live chat I have no other option but to ask for your help. Please dear authorities, give me my preminium or refund to me.

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

In any case, you should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
