My Question or Issue

Pague premium hace unos dias, lo use 2 o 3 dias nada mas, ahora ya se abriendolo desde Escritorio me salta todas las canciones a una velocidad extrema, sin reproducir ninguna y despues de 8 temas aproximadamente pone un cartel que dice Esta cancion no esta disponible, si tienes el archivo en el ordenador puedes importarlo. En reproductor web me dice que no se ha podido reproducir el tema y en el celular no me dice nada dirctamente. No se puede escuchar ni 1 segundo de ninguna cancion.

 Pido por favor si me lo pueden solucionar ahora, caso contrario cancelar la suscripcion y obtener un reembolso porque es una verguenza. Ya intente reinstalando la app en todos lados, aviso.

Just to be sure, when you reinstalled, did you follow the exact steps listed here for a clean reinstall?

Also, does logging out and back in make a difference? Is this happening when switching audio outputs? 

Make sure you don't have another app open on your device that could be preventing your audio output from working properly.
