Spotify PS4 Low Bitrate?!!?

Can someone from either Spoitfy or Sony please for the love of god give the community some feedback with regards to the issue where even premium members cannot stream anything higher than 96kbps on a PS4?!?!!?! 

I mean, seriously, this is a joke, it's 2017 now and there's still been NO FEEDBACK or even an acknoledgement of this.  This is not a limit of the PS4's hardware, so can you please explain why you are not offering all features in which we Premium members have paid for??

PS.  Can you please fix that horrid GUI? Sidescrolling is just counterintuitive - this should have been through a solid QA process..
