Spotify Premium is not connecting to Sonos

I've updated all programs. Reguardless of what I do Spotify is not seeing my premium account. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Try logging out of the app, and then log back in.

 

Does it recognize that you have premium now?

 

If not,

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
