Spotify almost useless in all Windows software

I have a Yamaha AVR that could stream spotify.  I have a Pioneer wifi portable speaker that could stream spotifly.  BUT THEY CAN'T. Why, because.

1 The Spotifly program for Windows 8.1 does not have the connect to wifi function even though the software does and has full DLNA functionality.

2 There is no program/app for Windows RT and the spotify web site has not connect even though the OS has DLNA.

3 The official spotify app for Windows phone does not have the connect function ie no icon.

When will Spotify realise that there are millions of us out there that do not have Apple products!

On Windows 7  Spotify worked normally but since I changed to Windows 10 I don't get a sound!

What can i do to adapt my pc? Salsalady
