Spotify community search pages are not loading in mobile safari

Music Fan

I’m trying to use the support pages to research a problem. ie. Ongoing Issues list.  Page one of the list does display the recent posts.  Although, trying to go to page 2+ only displays an empty page with an error message.  “This widget could not be displayed”.  This is happening on the latest iPhone(9)SE, updated iOS and mobile Safari.

Hey @HumbleRoJo, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I checked the Ongoing Issues page, I got the same message when I clicked to page 2+ as well. When I opened up a private window, it worked just fine. Could you try accessing the Ongoing Issues page again using a different browser or private window and let me know if you're able to see Page 2+?

Keep me posted!

Safari, Chrome and Firefox all will not display page 2+.  “This widget could not be displayed”

Hey @HumbleRoJo,

Thanks for trying a different browser. Spotify is taking a look at this, I'll get back to you as soon as I hear something.

Thanks for your patience in advance!
