Spotify doesn’t appear as a music service in Sonos in Israel

Spotify has just been launched in Israel, however, Sonos users in Israel cannot enjoy connecting their music in Spotify since this service does not appear in the list of music services under Sonos app. 

Hopefully it’s a matter of a quick collaboration between Spotify and Sonos, so an app update would solve it.

I've contacted Sonos about it and all I got was a noncommittal answer that it had been passed on to the developement staff. No time estimate. 

And for the life of me I can't understand the need to region-lock a speaker in the first place...

Update:

Spotify was finally added as a music provider in Sonos about 2-3 weeks ago. I guess it’s just a matter of time and priorities.
