Spotify doesn't work on Fire Stick anymore

Unable to log in into Amazon firestick

All Sunday trying to login on my Amazon firestick. Nothing of this worked:

Same network (2g or 5g)

Change password

Reinstall all spotify's (pc, phones, and of course firestick)

The tree different ways to log in (pin, 123, user or email)

Cleaning caches

Reloging many times in everywhere.

 

The only strange thing I noticed is an additional symbol added to the name of my firestick that, by the way, doesn't get updated neither laptop or phone.

Same here (Austria). The app worked fine on saturday and doesn´t to react to anything since yesterday.  I tried absolutely everything, even resetting the fire tv stick. Nothing worked and I´m getting really annoyed as I usually listen to spotify on my tv almost all day long when I´m in home office. Spotify, please help!

Same problem for me when I set up my new Fire Stick yesterday. As that's when it appears to have stopped working, clearly I've broken Spotify. Sorry 😔

But I've had a chat with Amazon, and they tell me that it's a known issue, and that: "Spotify are aware of the issue and working to fix this urgently."

 

Edit: just to make sure Amazon weren't fobbing me off, I used the contact form around here to ask Spotify about it, and:

"We are are aware of the issue and our best tech folks are still looking into this, sorry to keep you waiting.
We understand this must be frustrating, but hopefully it won't be too much longer before we've resolved the issue.
As a one-time courtesy, we've applied a month of Premium on your account. It is active now until November 19, 2020."

I checked last night and this morning to see if they fixed it. It’s not fixed so I’m going to go on their Twitter page to see if they have addressed the issue.

I cannot use Spotify on firestick,

Untill it's fixed , I am switching off premium untill  it's fixed . Wife's birthday today,have a guess where her favourite playlist is
