Spotify don't alert me that the song already exist in playlist

My Question or Issue

Hi

Spotify stopped alerting me that the song I ask to add to a playlist is already there.

This is the exact same song I think, not other version.

In the past it told me that the song already exist, but it stopped doing that.

Why?

How can I get this warning back?

Hey @talso100!

Thanks for posting, as far as I'm aware this notification still should be occurring. If you use Mobile or Web Player does this issue replicate there to as that would help indicate if it's isolated to your Spotify Application on a specific device?

In the meantime, I'd recommend checking out this Spotify Answer for how to complete a clean reinstall, follow the steps closely and let me know if that makes a change and in the meantime I'll check this out with the right folks.
