Spotify for Artists Streams Lost and Not Updating

Spotify for Artists was working fine for the past few days, updating the streams live as we got them, as expected. However, yesterday, I checked the Spotify for Artists app, and our total all-time stream count had decreased by several hundred streams, and the stream counts for each song had decreased accordingly. Since then, the stream counts have been frozen at the reduced number, they no longer update live or at all. This can be seen on Spotify for Artists in a web browser as well as in the Spotify for Artists app.

Anyone have a fix for this? I’m not sure if this is just an issue with the stats that are being displayed, or if we actually have lost several hundred streams and are no longer getting credit for streams, which would obviously be very bad. Either way, any help would be appreciated.

Have you by chance checked out the FAQ page on the Spotify for Artists site?

I couldn't really find anything that matched your exact concern, but there is an option to contact Spotify if nothing there gets you on the right track.
