My Question or Issue

I purchased a galaxy gear fit 2 pro and a galaxy active watch and part of my decision was that Spotify was available on these devices. I subsequently found out that Spotify is not available on the Galaxy Store for South Africa (something about rights).

Since Spotify is available on Android in South Africa, why is it not available on the Galaxy Store? It was part of the reason I bought those devices and I would rather not look for another music provider as I thoroughly enjoy Spotify.
