Spotify for Samsung TV (Tizen) freezing when starting

I have a Samsung TV that I bought last year, that uses Tizen.

 

Spotify initialized correctly maybe at the first time that I've tried. Since then, every time I try to initialize Spotify, I get stucked at initialization, with a black screen, Spotify logo and a loading animation.

 

Exit and Return buttons won't work and I can only return to HDMI connection or select another app via Smart Hub.

 

This is ridiculous. I've seen lots of topics reporting the exactly same problem and people are suggesting unplug the TV from energy, or factory resets. This is also absurd...

 

If you can't manage to launch a functional app to the market, you just shouldn't do it... Launch a disfunctional app, which freezes your customer hardware it's very disrespectiful, at least.

 

Also I've tried to contact Samsung, and they told me to contact Spotify. When I did, they told me to contact Samsung.

Ok, I've just uninstalled it from my TV. This app is garbage.
