Could you try to reinstall the Nike app and Spotify app? You can read here how to reinstall the Spotify app.
Then, use these steps to get everything up and running! Pun intended.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, since you have already tried a test account, it might be possible that there is something up with the NRC app itslef.
