Hello everybody,
the following scenario:
Amazon Echo (Gen. 2) is on the ground floor in the kitchen.
Amazon Echo Dot (Gen. 3) is on the first floor in the nursery. (Brand new)
Both have the same Amazon and Spotify account.

Now Echo Dot in the nursery is to play a song XY on Spotify. He does too, but after the song is not stop but countless other songs are played. When checking through the Spotify APP, I saw that a queue is being created, although in the settings "Autoplay" is disabled.
Amazon Support pushes this on Spotify.
I need your help now, does anyone know the problem? Solutions?

Hey folks,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Sorry for the late response, as we just came across this thread. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community.

When you play a song from a playlist on an external device, it should continue playing other songs from the same playlist, but it should not create a queue. In this case, we'd first recommend clearing the queue by following the steps mentioned in this article before starting your playback to make sure it's not affecting the proper behavior of the app.

If the issue persists, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).

We'll be on the lookout.
