Spotify on Sonos in two countries

I live in the USA but also have a second home in the UK. I have Sonos in both places. My Spotify account is registered in the USA. and Spotify plays music fine in that home. However when I come to the UK, I cannot get my Spotify Music to play on my Sonos - my Spotify plays fine on all my other (Bluetooth) devices. But on Sonos it just flashes through a number of titles but plays none of them. Sonos has suggested I reregister my Spotify account to the UK - but that seems to require me changing my payment card to a UK card. And then I'll simply have the same problem in two weeks time when I go back to the USA. What is the answer?
