Spotify only plays first 10% of playlist

I'm on Google Home, playing a playlist of 1,100 songs. I am not on shuffle mode.

Spotify only plays the first <100 songs, then returns to the beginning of the playlist. If a song from outside the first 100 is selected, it will play that song then return to the start of the playlist.
