Spotify pauses randomly

Hi, my spotify keeps pausing randomly a couple of times an hour, sometimes very often, and sometimes not. Then when i press play again, it’s just the same thing then! 

Device: Iphone X 64 gb

IOS 11.3

This problem started for like an month ago, and now the same thing started with youtube! Very strange and i hope u can help me out!
